🟠 Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the excursion.
– Between 72 and 24 hours before the excursion: 50% refund.
– Less than 24 hours before the excursion: Non-refundable.
This policy balances flexibility and commitment, offering partial refunds for cancellations closer to the excursion date.
Applies to private daily trips
🔴 Free cancellation up to 7 days before the excursion.
– Between 7 days and 72 hours before the excursion: 50% refund.
– Less than 72 hours before the excursion: Non-refundable.
Designed for longer trips, this policy allows for adjustments while ensuring smooth planning and operations.
