• Do I need any prior experience?

  No prior experience is needed. The boat is designed for easy handling, and our team will guide you before departure so you feel confident from the start.

• How easy is it to drive the boat?

  Very easy. The controls are simple and intuitive, making it suitable even for first-time users.

• Where can we go during the rental?

  You are free to explore the designated cruising area, including nearby beaches, hidden coves, and scenic coastline spots. Our team will suggest the best routes based on the conditions.

• Do you offer transfer services?

  Yes, a transfer can be arranged upon request for a smooth and hassle-free experience to and from the marina.

• Is there a shaded area on the boat?

  Yes, the boat is equipped with a sunshade (bimini top) so you can relax comfortably and stay protected from the sun during your trip.

• Can we bring our own food and drinks?

  Yes, you are welcome to bring your own refreshments and enjoy them on board during your trip.

• Is there parking available near the meeting point ❓

  Yes, there is a public parking area inside the Marina of Rodia, free of charge. You can find it easily upon entering the marina on your left.

• How can I cancel my reservation ❓

  To cancel your reservation, please contact our team directly. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip, you will receive a full refund.
  If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the trip, no refund will be provided, unless a medical report from a public hospital is submitted confirming that the guest faced a health issue preventing participation.
  In cases where there are two or more people in the booking and only one faces a health issue, a partial refund will be issued for the affected guest.

• Is transportation to and from my hotel available ❓

  Yes, transportation services are available. We offer private transfer services from any location in Crete at an additional cost. Transfer rates are provided for up to 8 guests, according to the vehicle’s capacity. If your group exceeds 8 people, a second vehicle will be required, and the pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

• What happens in case of bad weather ❓

  In the rare case of extreme weather conditions that may affect your overall comfort on board (for example, very strong winds or heavy rain), we will contact you directly to discuss the best option. This may include rescheduling your cruise to another available date or, if that is not possible, providing a full refund.

  Please note that due to local microclimate effects around the island, weather forecasts can change quickly. In such cases, adjustments may occasionally need to be communicated closer to departure time.

• Are there any age restrictions for children ❓

  Our private trips are family-friendly and suitable for children of all ages, including infants. There are no age restrictions, and we are happy to welcome your little ones aboard.

• How do I get to the meeting point ❓

  The Meeting point is located in the Marina of Rodia (Pantanasa) – West Heraklion. You can easily find this location on Google Maps by searching for ” Meeting point – Marina Rodias”.

  You can reach the Marina Rodia by car or taxi. If you’re staying in Heraklion city or nearby areas like Ammoudara, Karteros, or Amnissos, you can take advantage of our free transfer service, which can be selected during the booking process. For guests staying in other areas, we offer an optional transfer service at an additional cost.

• What should I bring on the trip ❓

  Recommended items include swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a towel. If it’s windy, you may want to keep your hat for when you’re on the island rather than while sailing. If you are booking at the beginning or end of the summer season better bring a light jacket with you.

• Is snorkeling equipment provided?

  Yes, we provide complimentary snorkeling gear for all guests, including masks, and snorkels. If you have special size requirements ( eg. very large shoe sizes) let us know in advance, as we may not have fins that will fit.

  Our crew is always available to assist you with the snorkeling equipment and can show you how to use it if you haven’t snorkeled before.
