Full-Day Shared Catamaran Cruise From Rethmyno with Meal, Drinks & Snorkeling

What an amazing half day cruise, snorkeling, paddle boarding and lots of great tunes to make the day great! Lovely friendly crew and some of the best food I have had on a tour boat. Probably more expensive than other tours but definitely worth the money. Would 100% recommend.

We came as a family, they were extremely welcoming, very kind and nice. The service was amazing and the food was just delicious. We had the best day riding, swimming and just spending time together. If you are looking for something to do, I would highly recommend it!!

Karina’s crew were amazing! Making everyone feel safe and welcome and taking the best care of those who struggled with motion sickness. Lunch was delicious, vibes were high and I wish we could have stayed longer. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to do a day boat trip in Rethymno and would come back just for them! 🙂

Nous avons passé une journée increible à board du catamaran pour rejoinder la lagune de Balos. Everything was perfectly organised: the crew was welcoming, professional and attentive throughout the cruise.
The boat was comfortable and spacious, perfect for relaxing while navigating the turquoise sea. Les paysages était à couper le souffle, et l’arrivée à Balos depuis la mer donne une toute autre dimension à ce lieu déjà magnifique.
Nous avons pu profiter de severales arrêts pour nager dans des criques aux eaux cristallines, et un délicieux repas nous a été served à board.
An excursion that I recommend sans hésiter à tous ceux qui veulent discover Balos autrement, loin de la crowde, dans une ambiance paisible et conviviale.

We really enjoyed the sunset cruise!

We booked online (GetYourGuide) and automatically received the discount we’d seen advertised elsewhere.

You will be asked to provide your passport information at the time of booking and we were then asked again when the booking was confirmed via email (full name, date of birth, citizenship and passport number). Apparently this is a legal requirement by the port authority. We were asked to take our passports with us on the cruise too but curiously we were not asked to show them when we arrived. I recommend confirming the specific requirements when you book.

Google Maps has the correct location for the boat. Trust Google Maps and you will find the boat. It is not the larger quay where the interisland ferry departs but a small and non-descript, unsigned dock.

We left punctually at 5pm. The safety overview was cursory. If you’re an anxious traveler (or an attorney), I encourage you to ask where the life-jackets are stored because we weren’t told!

The crew is friendly and very attentive. We were offered drinks frequently (including prosecco, beer, white wine and soft drinks). The food was good. We started with a Crete version of bruschetta and, when we arrived at the bay, we were offered cheeses, hams, salami and various fruits.

There was plenty of time to swim in the ocean, paddle board, snorkel, inner tube or sit on an inflatable pink flamingo. Towels were provided as were blankets during the journey home as it cooled off.

Some may find the dance music jarring.

We were back at port punctually at 8:30 having enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The crew worked hard to make our cruise enjoyable. Recommended!

The crew of this catamaran was the very best, professional, attentive, and friendly. The numbers on the boat were just right to make the trip very special. We had a blast sailing to Balos Beach with DanEri Yachts and their amazing crew. If you are planning to go to Balos Beach, we strongly recommend booking a catamaran cruise with them. Not only will you arrive at this amazing beach before the crowd, but you will also spend a wonderful day sailing around. The homemade food served during the cruise was delicious, and the team makes sure everyone feels at ease and has the best experience possible. Don’t hesitate to book if you’re traveling around Chania!

The DanEri crew was perfect, friendly, and welcoming. They provided delicious snacks and drinks throughout the trip. Making sure we didn’t go without. The boat was modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable seating areas and good music playing.
My daughter(15) and I took a sea sickness tablet as a precaution before we got on the boat, but sadly, my daughter still felt unwell due to the sea being very choppy. The weather conditions meant we were unable to get off the boat to swim/paddle board, which we were most looking forward to, so that was a big disappointment.

The sunset experience was fantastic, and luckily, my daughter felt well enough to enjoy this part.

I totally accept that there’s nothing anyone could do about the sea conditions, but it was disappointing that it was too rough to confidently move around the boat or get off to swim, and that’s why I’m giving 5 stars.

We had a cruise today and it was very fun! We went as a couple, and everyone on the boat got along. They also asked if everything was fine and if we needed anything. The snacks and beer were good, and the boat stopped near a beach. We got time to snorkel, swim and chill on a flamingo. We met a couple of great people and had a blast, so we can recommend this trip if you’re visiting Crete!

Anexos, Julia, and Rinata were wonderful hosts! The boat, crew, and food were a dream. Very accommodating with our entire group of 12. They were great with children and helped in every way. The food was especially delicious! We were greeted with coffee and pastries, snacks along the way, and a tasty local menu. Beautiful views and water fun for everyone. Thank you for an unforgettable day!

Das Geld ist es absolut wert. 
One is greeted with a glass of Prosecco and has constant access to a few soft drinks like Original Coca Cola or Sprite and one delicious white wine and water. Eine Stunde fährt man die Küste entlang und wenn man angelegt hat an einer Bucht, springt man ins Meer zum kühlen. Die Crew provides snorkeling equipment and paddles, as well as swimming noodles and a giant flamingo. Hat sehr Spaß gemacht 😇 zum umziehen gibt es 4 Kabinen incl. Showers and toilets.
You are constantly provided with drinks and some really delicious snacks like cheese, ham, croissants, and a lot of fruit 😋
After cooling off, you face the really breathtaking sunset 🥹 So I have rarely seen anything so beautiful 😍
Zum Abschied, there was still a Raki for all of us, and we were all anxious about life 🥂

We had a spectacular day cruise on the Blue Wave in Rethymno. The skipper and crew create a very special day for us. The chef prepared the most delicious food. Overall, I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Crete.

What a beautiful cruise on Daneri! The crew was a lot of fun; we enjoyed Joanna, Tatianna, and Andre. The food was delicious and the company even better. Snorkeling, swimming, and sitting out in the sun on deck were so relaxing and fun. 10/10 recommend taking this cruise, you won’t regret it! (Unless you get seasick, take the pill they offer, and it will help)

This 3-hour sunset cruise was spectacular! The deckhand, captain, and chef were terrific hosts and a lot of fun! The food and wine were perfect for this experience! Couldn’t have asked for anything better! It was the highlight of our trip!! I highly recommend it for couples or families! Fun fun fun!!
