      Please note that our tours are not wheelchair accessible. While we welcome all guests, open-boat conditions, such as sun and wind exposure, may be uncomfortable for pregnant women, so we recommend consulting a doctor before booking. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets are not allowed on board.

    • Which is the meeting point and how do I get there?

      We will arrange a minibus pickup from your hotel or a nearby location at least one hour before the cruise. After your reservation, we will send you the exact pickup time and location.
      🚢 Cruise Ship Guests:
      If you are arriving by cruise ship, your tender boat will drop you off at the Old Port of Fira. Please note that we cannot pick you up from there, as there is no road access. You will need to take the cable car up to Fira and arrive at our office at least one hour before the cruise departure.
      Let us know your tender boat’s arrival and departure times so we can ensure you have enough time to return. After booking, we will send you a message with the exact meeting location and time.
