Speedy boat ride and time at balos with few visitors!
So glad we did this instead of the massive ferry that takes people to the island. The skipper was awesome and made us feel safe from the start. He did warn us that the waves were bad from the wind but he felt comfortable driving in them. He warned everyone about seas sickness before we started. Once out on the water, he handled the boat well and we were through the wavy part within 20 minutes. We spent an hour at the fort and two hours at balos. The fort and first hour at balos were before the ferry arrived so there were few guests! We were provided drinks and sandwiches. We spent some extra time at balos as the skipper was called the help with an emergency from another boat which of course was not a problem

10/10 day at sea – would recommend!
Very nice skipper. The boat super nice, roomy, and clean. The skipper had all the necessary equipment for the trip such as drinks, sandwiches, and waterproof bags.

Fantastic day out , the skipper was so friendly and welcoming and a fantastic host. The sailing boat was beautiful, the scenery breathtaking and the lunch was some of the Best food we’ve eaten in crete so far ! Worth every penny , best day out of our holiday . We were a family of 7 with children ages 9 and 11 . We swam and snorkled at various spots and walked up to the old fort at gramvousa . Would definitely recommend this beautiful trip.
